Booked online on their website . Speak to the specialist on the phone,he came and did a checkup, find the issue, gave me a quote and order the part needed to be replaced. After few days the part arrived to them they texted me and asked when I am available. Came back with the part, replaced it and told me if I will have an issue with the part to contact the office. So far I didn’t. Easy to get in contact(online/phone), so I am happy to recommend them.

Really good service. Fridge broke Hogmanay and we had someone out on the 3rd.

Brilliant service engineer arrived at the time specified – James Keith – very competent, very friendly sorted out the problem and fixed it, also gave handy hints as to what cycle to use and on labour/time and money saving ideas – well pleased with the service & well-worth the cost, would recommend NAC to anyone – thank yoy

Excellent, friendly professional service! We were fully informed at every stage. The engineer was so knowledgeable about our dishwasher. The whole machine was taken apart and faults identified. After reassembling he told us that the office would ring us with the price of the relevant parts and he’d inform us when he’d return to fix the machine! The only downside was the parts were not made anymore because the machine was so old! The engineer did tell us that the make of dishwasher, Bosch, was an excellent manufacturer! Even though the dishwasher was not repairable, we could not fault the service of NAC.

We were kept informed well and do appreciate that it was not possible to to have the part fitted earlier because of Christmas. Your engineer was polite and very pleasant

Chose this company from the internet initially for ease of booking. Booked an appointment via the online system and was able to choose the date to suit with next day appointments available. Confirmation e mails and text kept us informed as to appointment. As stated they text the evening before giving time slot which could be rejected if not suitable. Engineer, Dan arrived at allotted time and was very thorough and explained the fault etc and next steps. E mail arrived shortly after informing us of cost of the part required and link to pay if wanted to go ahead. The repair was carried out when part received and this was very prompt, again being able to choose day etc to suit. Repair carried out quickly and efficiently. 100% recommend this company. Also as well as using online system they answer the telephone very promptly so you can speak to them if not confident online. Excellent service from start to finish.
