Booked a repair by phone – admin staff friendly and efficient. It took two visits to repair the oven as new parts were needed but that wasn’t a problem for us. Technician was quietly efficient. Would use the company again

Timely response to request for repair. Good communication from NAC informing when to expect engineer including a text just prior to his attendance. Nathan was very efficient, informative re problem and explained part replacement required. NAC then emailed with cost of replacement part and cost.

They kept me informed of when they were coming and turned up in time. Had to pay for labour and vat and tax upfront then paid for parts when machine was fixed. Person who did repair was polite, down to earth, efficient and knowledgeable.
