Amazing service. I called NAC ,they sent engineer the following day, Mark the engineer was fantastic, diagnosed issue with in matter of minutes, ordered part, the part took couple of days understandably due to the weekend, he then came and fixed issue, again within minutes soon as part arrived .

Ken the Engineer came to our rescue after our NEFF oven had decided to not to heat up was great. He contacted us to give us an expected time of arrival and arrived on time. We needed a new element, which he said would take a few days to get. He called us within 6 days and returned to fit the part. The oven is 9 years old and we had looked around and found that it would have cost us £900 to replace. By contacting NAC we saved over £750 on the replacement, had we gone ahead. Great service from a great, friendly, knowledgeable Gent. Will certainly use NAC again for kitchen appliance repairs.

As a renter, I should not have to pay for the repair of my washer/dryer. But when I asked for the washer/dryer to be repaired, my landlord responded with a threatening e-mail. I booked NAC, and paid out of my own pocket. The NAC repairman told me that washer/dryer could not be repaired because of how it was fixed to kitchen countertop. I would need to buy a new washer/dryer, and then book another repair and installation (at no extra cost). The repairman took photos that I can use in court proceedings against my landlord and estate agent. This visit will end up proving very lucrative for me!
Excellent service from first to last. Initial call dealt with proficiently, engineer came within 3 hours, and repair undertaken rapidly and at a reasonable price. NAC now in my ‘contacts’ list and I will use them again if necessary.
