Glen arrived on time. Checked the washing machine and told me what the problem was. He told me the cost and I asked him to carry out the repair. When he had finished he tidied up and gave me an invoice and said the repair was covered by a 6 month guarantee and said they cover all kitchen appliances. I was extremely pleased.

Old oven, so parts had to be ordered needing a second visit. Engineer has left us with an oven as good as new.

Springs had broken on my dishwasher and found NAC through Google. Christopher came and assessed the problem and needed to order replacements. Very professional and advised procedure. When replacements arrived, text and email received to let me know repair date. Christopher returned with parts, fitted them, tested that everything was working fine and put all kickboards back in place. Really very good service and communication, and would definitely use again if needed.
