Phoned in the morning to get my dryer fixed and was told someone would be out the same day, david( I think that was his name) was really friendly and fixed the dryer within 10 mns, have to say best experience yet from a repair place, 11/10 thank you NAC, will definitely recommend you.

It was easy to book an engineer’s appointment on line.
I was extremely lucky to get an early appointment as it was just before Christmas.
Communication was exceptional with a text sent as reminder , to be accepted or rejected.
Once confirmed a further text was sent saying that a named engineer,Christopher Harper, would contact the night before ,or the am of the appointment, to advise the hours within which he would attend.
There was also a text sent to say he was on his way.
The job was completed quickly and efficiently.
I rang Maria to make an appointment to arrange for an engineer to look at my fridge /freezer. Maria was so friendly, helpful and patient. She explained everything step by step. I now have an early appointment made. This was the best customer experience that I have had re repairs. So much better than dealing with manufacturers service lines.
