Failed freezer rang at 1030 after being given runaround by other major groups, given an appointment that pm, James turned up at 1500 and diagnosed problem immediately took well over an hour to fix did not try extra add ons and fixed excellent VFM

Excellent service. I booked an appointment for the repair of our dishwasher at 1230 and by 1530 my dishwasher was fully serviceable. I was impressed by the fact that the engineer not only freed the pump action but also carried out 2 electrical safety checks. Both members of the NAC were very polite and competent. A pleasure to work with the NAC team.
