A very pleasant repair man

Very quick response to my request for a repair to my Neff appliance. The fault was very quickly found by Ashley. Unfortunately the fault was not repairable and a new micrpowave would have to be ordered. I am very happy with the quick and efficient service from NAC.

I called NAC repair as my washing machine would not finish the cycle. I was advised James would be with me soon. James arrived, he was very polite, asking me what the problem was. I explained what was happening. He started straight away to remedy the problem. James kept me informed what he was doing and what he thought the problem was. James finally solved my problem, he cleaned up the mess from the machine, he advised me that the work was guaranteed. I was very pleased with his work and the service he gave. I will definitely recommend the company to my friends.
