A person (Rebecca) immediately answered my call! That seems to be a choice your company is making. Unusual these days and I value it highly. On top of that Rebecca made an appointment for an engineer to visit me in two days time (that’s fine, it’s not urgent) and assured me I could change easily with the engineer if I need to. She also gave me information about the £75 service charge. I have been satisfied with service from your company twice in the last few years (even got the same engineer on those two occasions) and it looks like I will be again.

It was perfectly efficient and friendly but somebody coming to repair a fridge is not an experience and cannot be described as great. It was simply a good and successful business interaction between a customer and the provider. Nothing more and nothing less.
