As a renter, I should not have to pay for the repair of my washer/dryer. But when I asked for the washer/dryer to be repaired, my landlord responded with a threatening e-mail. I booked NAC, and paid out of my own pocket. The NAC repairman told me that washer/dryer could not be repaired because of how it was fixed to kitchen countertop. I would need to buy a new washer/dryer, and then book another repair and installation (at no extra cost). The repairman took photos that I can use in court proceedings against my landlord and estate agent. This visit will end up proving very lucrative for me!
Excellent service from first to last. Initial call dealt with proficiently, engineer came within 3 hours, and repair undertaken rapidly and at a reasonable price. NAC now in my ‘contacts’ list and I will use them again if necessary.

My repair was booked between 9am & 2pm so i was well pleased when the engineer turned up at approx 9.30 am. He was polite, respectful and knew what he was doing. After diagnosing my problem he gave me a price to fix it and luckily for me he had the part in the van so in about 30 mins i had a working appliance once again. I would 100% recommend this company

Very good service. The lady on the phone was helpful. You pay a flat fee and then extra for parts which I thought was reasonable. We had a washing machine issue. Engineer came when he said he would and sorted the issue with no added cost for our issue . I’d certainly use them again
