Excellent work carried out by NAC. Engineer arrived on time as stated, checked our NEFF hob, found the fault and advised options-repair or buy new hob !
Replacement parts ordered and engineer returned .within the advised time to carry out work.

It took me a long long time and a large number of calls to find anyone who would take on an electrical repair of a gas appliance.
NAC found someone to do the job, and they were very flexible with dates to suit me.

I reported a problem online with my dishwasher and got a prompt and clear response so I booked an appointment.
Andrew came and quickly diagnosed that the pump spindle had broken so it would need a new pump and NAC could order one for me.
I asked NAC to do so and arranged for Andrew to fit it when it arrived.
Andrew came and did the repair expertly and also ensured the appliance drain was clear.
The whole process was smooth and painless and everything is up and working perfectly again.
