An engineer was booked for 20th January 2005, reference number 5668095. The engineer was punctual, quickly explained what the problem was so my washer was up and running in no time at all. The engineer, Luke, was very pleasant and answered my questions and also gave sound advice re the use of colour catchers, which I have now adopted. I would certainly use this local company again and have no hesitation in recommending them.
