From the initial phone call to completion, everything felt very slick, efficient and well organised. My elderly parents’ dishwasher developed a fault so I looked online for an appliance repairer and rang NAC. They said they could come the next day which was great. They kept me informed regarding arrival time etc, then emailed me a copy of the receipt. As I live a distance away, it was good to know that everything was taken care of in such a well organised manner – very reassuring. I just hope my dad, who is 96, kept out of the way and left Luke to work in peace!
