The engineer turned up within the arranged time and was able to identify the fault very quickly, explained the problem and had it fixed . Whole process was excellent from booking to repair.

Prompt timely arrival of friendly, knowledgeable engineer who fixed the problem with full explanations and no mess. We needed a part to ensure our dishwashers continued performance and separate return visit this was easy to arrange online. Follow up visit also great, definitely would recommend.
