My experience of NAC is very good so far. Booking easy as the company answered phone within 3 rings. Rebecca handled the call very efficiently with excellent telephony skills. Engineer (Luke) turned up on time the day after and competently diagnosied the issue with our cooker.

Great service. Issues with my oven were promptly diagnosed by the engineer. After agreeing to proceed with repairs, the parts arrived promptly and the repair visit was swiftly booked in. NAC also keep you well informed throughout.
Nice clean liveried van and smart driver who was excellent in every way with his diagnosis, repair and information. Extremely rare in these days and he is a credit to the company and I would definitely ask for him again.
