I found this company online when I searched for a company to come fix my Beko dishwasher. Was a great experience. I booked it online and I got a confirmation. Email to when an engineer would attend. The day before the repair I got a txt telling me what time the engineer would arrive between 9 – 1. Engineer Robert came around 12 pm. He was friendly, thorough and explained everything. I asked a fair few questions which he was happy to answer. He fixed the machine within the hour and was a big relief, he tidied up after himself and even put the dishwasher back into its slot. Can’t fault the service. Thanks Robert

Very friendly, helpful and informative, organised a call out promptly and efficiently.
The engineer, Ben, was very prompt and very professional. He did not try to sell a new part but repaired it at no cost other than the service call out charge. He also made sure to hoover the water that had leaked and cleaned the area. I will definitely use NAC again.
The door mechanism on my elderly AEG washer/dryer died. Ian came at the time promised, and opened the door, saving a machineload of washing from going mouldy. He had to order replacment parts from Germany (probably from a museum as the machine is so old) but was back next week with the bits and sorted everything. I had been quoted a fixed price (and a very reasonable one) for the repair but was favourably impressed by the fact that he only charged me for the parts on his second visit – given that he had to spend another half hour fitting the new bits and giving the machine a once-over. Ian communicated well, giving accurate ETAs by text, and if things go wrong again I’d have no hesitation in using him. Nice guy and a thoroughly professional job.
Customer service lady was very helpful and suggested different options for booking a call out.
