From booking the repair to it being carried out it was all first rate. Booked on a Tuesday and completed on the Friday and a very reasonable price too. Glad to know they can repair all electrical home appliances and not just a dishwasher.

Really easy to book the repair for my faulty dishwasher. The engineer was really nice and identified the issue quickly. He ordered the part straight away and returned to install. Dishwasher is fixed and no need to buy a new one. Would definitely use again and highly recommend. Have used them before to fix my washing machine seal.

The engineer Ross was very good indeed he explained the problem .he was very tidy in trying to repair the dishwasher. And left the kitchen as he found it. He deserves to go far. A very pleasant young man.
We had a washing machine disaster on a Thursday so we rang NAC after a quick google search and from the outset the service from friendly and efficient. Chris the engineer came out the very next day at the time he said and identified the issue and ordered the part we need. The day after the part came Chris came round and sorted it. He was really friendly and helpful and clearly knew his stuff. The price we paid for the service was very reasonable. What more do you need! Would highly recommend this company.
