The engineer came out to see what was wrong with my cooker took about 10 minutes I was then sent a quote within the hour I was very surprised at how cheap it was they came back out a week later (time it took was due to my work load) and fitted the parts in about 40 minutes very happy with the service would recommend them to anybody thank you

Fist class communication by email, telephone and text. Every time they said they would communicate, they did. Efficient resolution to my dishwasher problem after the part was ordered and then fitted.

My fridge was dying and Ashley went through a series of diagnostics to identify the problem. He found that the refrigerant levels were low, and performed a full re-gas. At all stages he explained what he was doing, and made sure I was happy to continue. Costs were explained up front and were very reasonable. The whole experience from booking to repair was excellent. I’m not looking forward to my next appliance repair, but when it inevitably happens, I’ll be calling NAC. Great job!

It was easy to call and make appointment to book engineer in. And when the engineer came he fixed the problem, was very professional and also helpful with advice for maintaining the appliance.

NAC were very good at communicating throughout, and although I somehow missed their calls on the date first agreed,and my repair had to be moved to another day, this went smoothly.
