This is the second time we have used NAC Plymouth. Both experiences were excellent. Easy to book appointments online, within a couple of days of fault occurring. Engineer arrived on time, clear info given as to the problem, no hidden extra costs. As a result we have had a washing machine and tumble dryer fixed, and saved a fortune, as we have avoided needing to buy new appliances. The washing machine was fixed more than 16months ago, and we have had no problems since.

The engineer you introduced, Aleksander, arrived when agreed, and diagnosed the problem with our 18 year old fridge. He worked to remove the large amount icing and advised on how to prevent future icing going forward. The fridge is back up and running again. Brilliant service.
Repair technician was very friendly and explained the problem and possible solution very thoroughly. However, even after refilling the gas he said it would probably not work as he was unable to find a leak (probably inside the fridge workings). He took the fridge from its housing and replaced it leaving the place clean. The repair didn’t work and we were only charged the call out amount stated.
The job was scheduled within 12 hours of my contacting them, I got a fairly accurate ETA and the engineer was both polite and efficient, identifying the fault and repairing there and then.
Well I thought I had broken my slide and hide oven door. I was so panicked and scared that it couldn’t be repaired. However I booked an appointment online and Kerr came out promptly and was a miracle worker. He took his time and fixed the problem. I certainly will call them again if I have any problems with my white goods.
