Fantastic! I called for. repair on Wednesday afternoon and by lunchtime Thursday, our oven was back up and running. Excellent friendly engineer wearing his mask and being very aware of the current situation.
This company is a booking service for independent engineers so their service is probably only as good as the engineer in your area. In my case, no complaints whatsoever. Sent a message to the company Sunday evening, engineer called back 9am on Monday and my cooker was fixed by 10am! Excellent service and reasonably priced.
