When our microwave packed up – at a very inconvenient time, when else, I searched for a replacement.
Then I decided to see if it could be repaired reasonably. I found NAC through a web search, booked the repair on-line and a call was confirmed for the next day. The engineer duly arrived, diagnosed the fault and returned a week later and repaired the machine.
The website is a gem. Intuitive and easy to use. The back office systems are superb, keeping me updated at every turn. I am very happy with the repair and, overall, the cost too.
My only slight reservation is that the advertising suggests next day repairs. In hindsight that is unrealistic whenever spares are needed – but spares must be needed in most cases so advertising next day repairs is perhaps a little misleading?
Overall I am very satisfied. The microwave is back as good as new at a fraction of the cost of replacement. Thank you NAC

Great service. I was kept informed about the expected arrival time, the engineer who came was polite and got on with the job. He fixed my machine and there were no hidden extra costs. I will use NAC again if needed.

I have had two repairs successfully completed by NAC
– one on a fridge freezer and the other on my washing machine. Engineers came out quickly and both knew what they were doing. A part had to be ordered for fridge but it came and was fitted within a week. Excellent speedy service.
