From dealing with the lady on the phone( sorry forgot her name) she explained all that would happen up to the engineer arriving (coby). Once he got the info from me he went and sorted the problem out in a short time. He explained what had happened repaired tested it & it was up and running. He was very very professional in his job. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. 10 out of ten. Mr C Jones.

A very positive experience. Response on the phone was fantastic, and Danny the engineer listened to my description of the issue and confirmed my initial thoughts – I had had the same problem with a previous appliance from the same manufacturer.
