Great service, on time, friendly & informative. Was given the option to choose to continue or decline repair, as it could have been one of several things wrong. However a new capacitor solved the problem with my tumble dryer.
I made an appointment online, and then an engineer called Tom rang me that evening to confirm what the problem was.
He rang me before he came to confirm the exact time he would come.
He found that he needed a part and he quoted me the exact price. He then came back as promised a few days later and fitted it.
It is now functioning perfectly.
Cannot fault the service I received. The engineer did not find fault on my washer. The leak I had came from repair recently done to my roof. He was very helpful and explain how water was coming in which appeared that the washing machine was causing leak. Problem solved and my leaking roof is resolved had guy out to repair flat roof.

I found NAC online and the services looked promising and had services in my location, and phoned. The call was answered quickly and the advisor was friendly, professional and helpful. Didn’t take long, took details of my fault, and any things I’d done to troubleshoot, and promised a repairman would come through next day and will call to confirm. Within hours I had the call who gave me an approximate time of arrival. He arrived next day within the time given, and got to the problem after a brief chat about what I’d experienced and done with my dishwasher. He gave good advice on future troubleshooting and products to avoid. Was about an hour and cleaned up, all sorted. Very efficient and helpful. Was very impressed with the whole experience.
