The engineer turned up when expected to repair my gas cooker, he was very pleasant and quickly found the fault and repaired it.

Excellent service. Prior to visit was given a time slot of within 3 hours so wasn’t waiting. Oven was repaired and explained what was wrong with it. Would use this company again.

first point of contact very pleasant and help full. Engineer got in touch to organised a date and time . 2 hour window when he would be there . Not able to complete job as it required a part. Total turn round time a 5 days with a weekend in between . will us again.

Efficient response

The engineer turned up promptly on the appointed day. He was most courteous to me and respected my property. He clearly diagnosed the problems with my cooker range; identifying the spare parts required and ordered them over the phone to the office immediately during his visit. I was very impressed. I now await the spare parts to arrive along with an engineer’s second visit.

Bosch dryer not working or heating. Graham came after he phoned and was on time. He was very pleasant and managed to sort problem straight away. I look after grandchildren and do their washing so no dryer in the winter would have been disasterious for me. Graham said anymore problems to contact right away.
