Rang Friday morning with an inoperable washing machine. Courteous, helpful operator booked a visit for Monday morning, confirmed by email. Engineer texted with Monday’s appointment arrival time-range and contact details later that morning. Engineer texted his ETA on Monday morning & arrived promptly. On arrival quickly diagnosed fault (limescale deposits on failed heater element). Offered non-Bosch replacement from van (accepted as machine 8-years old) or would require several days wait & revisit for a Bosch replacement part. Provided additional help on machine not IDOS dosing. Friendly, courteous & helpful throughout. Paid by card machine carried by engineer. Good experience throughout.
