Very helpful, although part of the problem was the appliance (a dishwasher) used software that was no longer available and could not be updated. The engineer explained that this would not affect the efficiency or effectiveness of the machine and no repair was needed.

The service from start to finish was seamless. When I first called I was given a date in the he next few days which was excellent. Cost was explained up front also very good. Day before I received a text of scheduled time from and the comms with the engineer was excellent. Fixed the oven very swiftly and at a reasonable price. Highly recommend
Booked online @ 8pm on Friday and the engineer was with me by 11am Monday. Relatively simple job but the engineer was very good and polite. Company saved for any future jobs.

I found the service online and loved that it was all digital, booked in a slot and the engineer got in touch the following day. Leton was great and helped sort my freezer issue in a couple of hours.
