Contacted NAC regarding a malfunctioning oven in our Rangemaster. We received a call from Rob from Holywell electrics the same day, arranged a visit on the day that suited us. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable, explaining what could be causing the problem. He resolved it and it is now working fine!

The engineer, Gavin, was prompt, friendly and very efficient. He diagnosed the problem with my washing machine in minutes and had it fixed not long after while explaining everything to me.
