From the initial phone enquiry through to the engineer leaving only a couple of hours later I can’t think of anything they could have done better.
It was absolutely wonderful. The engineer, Alex, came exactly at the time he’d said, and was able to order the part there and then, even telling me the day he’d be able to return to fit the filament that I needed. So thank you…and yes, I shall definitely be in touch again should I require assistance with any other appliance.
