Nick, the engineer, was brilliant. Did a really good job, was very proficient, and was polite and courteous.
Polite and helpful engineer was able to fix the issue on return visit. Fault was a split in a rubber hose and disappointing that he did not have one on the van or that they did not hold one in stock. Do not understand why postage for the part is not free as thought that NAC would be able to get a deal on volume of sales for free postage.
Polite, friendly and could fit an appointment in around my schedule.
