Nick Murray, the engineer, was friendly, polite and capable. I don’t think it was his fault that he was first given the wrong exchange part, so had to came back a week later.
I must just comment that NAC’s email confirming the date of visit advised that I would get a text message from Nick either the night before or early in the morning to which I had to respond else the visit would be cancelled. I received no such message. Instead, Nick phoned at 8am on each of the three dates, advising he would be along within 30 minutes. This he duly did. At least it gave me time to get dressed!

Well the fault was diagnosed quickly & faulty part ordered. However in retrospect, maybe we should have bought a new dryer as the cost added up to nearly the same amount & we’d had the dryer for 9years.
Very positive so far, Rebecca was very helpful and an engineer has been booked to repair my microwave
