The online booking process was simple to arrange the call-out.
When the engineer came I told him what the problem was . Switched my appliance on to show him. He instantly knew what the problem was and had it fixed within 30 minutes.

Called in my repair in the morning expecting an engineer in a day or two. He arrived the same afternoon. Repair needed a part which was ordered same day Engineer returned the following week and completed the repair. Call out charge is very reasonable.

Was a little disgruntled after I had a part replaced in my dishwasher and I went to turn it on the next day and it still wasn’t working.
However, I rang the engineer he came back the next morning and cleared what appeared to be an airlock and we are back up and running!
