We were pleased with the efficiency of the company from the start, from making the call to the office who asked what the problem was, to the engineer carrying out the repair. No hidden costs and upfront price given that included call out and assessing the problem with our oven. Engineer came with the part that he thought was needed after speaking with the person who took the call. This was exactly what was needed. He showed us the receipt for the part and charged us appropriately. This was,call out fee plus part. We had the time given to us that was convenient and engineer rang beforehand to say he was on the way. We would definitely deal with this company again. Basically, they do what they advertise effectively and you feel confident with their service.
From start to finish the service from NAC was spot on. Came out to the repair very quickly and were kept updated by text and email throughout the process.
