Great service – from first call to book an engineer who came out same day, to diagnosing and then fixing the issue as soon as parts were in.

The Engineer was very polite, punctuation and helpful. My appliances was not able to be fixed and £90 to be told it can’t be repaired was rather expensive for a pensioner but nothing to do with the helpful Engineer who helped me find a replacement fridge online.
Speed of reply when enquiring about the service and how quick Brett was to contact me with a date for the fix.
