The emgineer went to a great deal of trouble to make it possible for me to use my washing machine during my long wait for a spare part. Life would have been impossible without this and I would probably have had to buy a new machine.

First class engineer found the problem, solved it and carefully checked all was well. My dishwasher is 20 years old, I expected a heavy charge for parts if they are even still available. No charge other than their standard call-out as stated in their terms.
