We needed two appliances repairing urgently. We called NAC and it was all promptly arranged with an engineer named Leton. The call to NAC was very straight forward and the appointment easy to arrange. Costs very clearly communicated. The lady on the other end was superb. Leton arrived promptly and he was absolutely first rate. Such a great guy who clearly knows his stuff. Unfortunately, one of the repaired appliances has now given up completely but thats not Leton’s (or NAC’s) fault. Would definitely recommend, especially Leton.

V polite and efficient service

I spoke with Yvonne regarding a fault on my fridge freezer. She was so helpful and understanding. She arranged for an engineer to come out the next day. Very efficient.

Don’t normally write reviews, but I was impressed with the service. I was offered a next day appointment and the communication was fantastic from start to finish.
The engineer who turned up was polite, friendly and professional. Resolved some longstanding electrical issues with an American fridge freezer we had installed and changed the doors – my only regret is that I didn’t call sooner.

Wow what fantastic service. Repair carried out within an hour of my call. The engineer knew exactly what was wrong and fixed the issue quickly and efficiently. He was also very pleasant and did his utmost to avoid leaving any mess.
