Had engineer call today, he found a fault
Within the machine that’s was an easy repair. Didn’t need any new parts so only charged the call out rate. Engineer was professional and explained everything.

Rang Monday, repair man ( James ) came Tuesday at 8.00am prompt and problem was sorted by 9.00am !!!

Replaced a warming drawer. This was not straight forward as the wiring was different to the old one. It was done efficiently with a good explanation of the problem and its resolution
The man who came was very polite n knowledgeable as to my problem. Tho there wasn’t much he could do as it was water limescale on the window but it’s made me aware as to what to look out for and how to rectify it in future. This was on Saturday 14th of June 2025
