It was so easy to book an in line appointment, and we were messaged to say what time window they would come. The engineer was very polite, and took care of the flooring when moving the machine forward. He soon realised what the problem was. He also showed us how to clean the drum using a button in the machine that we hadn’t realised you could do. Couldn’t recommend them enough.
Excellent service the repair firm contacted me the same day and the repair was completed the following day. The engineer who called was friendly and knowledgeable, he completed the repair very quickly and with the price quoted. I would recommend.

Diagnosed fault very quickly Thursday morning and replaced faulty part on the Monday.
Our fridge freezer failed over the weekend and it was difficult to contact anyone. However I was able to use the NAC site to “log” the need for a repair with a possible date given in 48 hours time which would be confirmed/agreed in a call on Monday. As promised I received a call, explained the problem and a visit and time window was confirmed for the next day. The engineer was great, very polite and courteous. Unfortunately in our case it didn’t take him long to tell us the fridge was not repairable due to leaking gas. Therefore it was an expensive 10 minute visit. However if it had been repairable then it would have been very good value. And the engineer was able to advise on safe and environmentally responsible ways to dispose of the broker appliance, show us how to fit a new one as it was an integral model saving us an expensive installation fee.
We would highly recommend NAC and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again
Rang to make an appointment for oven door fixing. Spoke to a lovely lady who arranged for an engineer to visit. The engineer phoned me ten minutes later to say that he would call later that day as my job was on his way home. Fantastic service
