First class service from start to finish, polite and courteous lady on switchboard when I first called, made it all very straightforward,
I was kept up to date by the engineer with ETA. On arrival he, again, was polite and courteous, listened whilst I explained the problems with both Bosch oven and microwave, and set about his work confidently and quietly with minimum disruption, explaining the problems as he worked, his knowledge was brilliant, giving me confidence. New elements were ordered and paid for immediately, he returned promptly to fit those, again with first class service.
I would not hesitate to use this company again, I recommend them 100%.

Our Britannia range developed a fault in the small oven so we contacted NAC for a repair. The engineer arrived promptly – but after looking at the oven he explained that we needed new parts – he tried to find them but Britannia is no longer making ovens so NAC apologised and said if we could find the parts the engineer would return to replace them.
It took me a whole day to find manufacturers who still had the parts – the cooker is 15 years old. The engineer came back and to my delight confirmed the parts were correct and he fitted them in no time. I am absolutely delighted because a new cooker would cost several thousand not to mention finding one that would fit in its space.
So thank you so much NAC, you have made me very happy and prevented a great chunk of metal going to landfill. 👍👍👍

I thought there would be a long wait to find a good experienced engineer to sort out the problem with my heat pump tumble dryer (it no longer got warm to dry the clothes). But when I phoned this company they answered immediately, and an appointment for two days later! I could scarcely believe the price as I was expecting it to be a lot more, and the flat fee of £98 covered not only the callout but all the work too if it could be mended on the spot. I would only have to pay extra for any new parts it needed. It seemed too good to be true but was true! The engineer James arrived promptly and was very professional, friendly and swiftly worked out the problem after doing various tests. I have to admit that when things go wrong with appliances, and professional help is needed to put them right, I tend to be wary of the quoted prices and always think the worst – ie that the company will find a way to dream up ‘faults’ that will be pricey. But James was brilliant and I couldn’t believe it when he said there was actually nothing wrong with the dryer – it was just in a very unsuitable place that was far too cold for it to work efficiently! And when I looked at the manual I realised I hadn’t followed the instructions properly. He gave me some valuable advice and explained what had happened and now it’s fine! Thank you very much James. And well done NAC Repair!

Sent an email to request a call out to look at my Caple fridge freezer. Paid up front. I was nervous about this to be honest. But I was contacted within an hour or so and someone came out that day within an hour! I was emailed and text updated on all the agreements, payments and procedures. Excellent communication. Cody spent a few hours checking and testing the fridge freezer. He came to a conclusion as to what he thought it was and rectified it. Although made us aware that it could be this problem and it was the last thing to be tested that it could be, so if this didn’t solve it then the fridge freezer was non fixable. But he told us the price and we agreed. It was a risk but it worked. But he was up front at all times. Great guy and he explained everything he needed to check before he did it. We were really impressed and felt reassured. He worked in a neat manner and the integrated fridge freezer was back in as if it had never been out, and he even aligned the doors so that they shut properly! Very pleased.
