From Ringing up to make an enquiry about an appointment ( been told by local tradesmen it would be a week wait) to the repair a day later it was seedless, well organised, I was informed throughout. Maria on the phone was helpful and I was given the name of the repair person who repaired the machine flawlessly, quickly and was very polite.

An engineer came out within a couple of days .He was polite and professional .He ordered the part and I had to wait another few days for him to fit it. Apart from the engineer I dodnt speak to anyone when booking in the appointments but it was done easily online. It was cheaper than I expected too .
