Straight forward, no nonsense booking for a Service Engineer to attend a pre-arranged appointment.
Expectations including costs etc… were clearly explained over the phone by the booking agent.
Engineer was a really nice fella who introduced himself on arrival, on time and promptly fixed our faulty oven with zero dramas.
