Alexsander arrived when he said, he telephoned first which was great. He was efficient and helpful and fixed the problem with my washing machine . He also told me he could fix microwaves and ovens and dishwashers which is really useful to know for the future in case!

Amazing service, received up to date texts saying what time gap he will arrive and his name, and would message when he was on route to me. Fixes machine and explained what was wrong. 100% will use them again if I need too.
Communication was very good and Danny was pleasant and efficient. He was extremely patient with a tricky repair. I felt the pricing system worked well in my case although I can understand the clients dismay to be charged nearly £100 to be told in 5 minutes that their appliance was a write-off. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to others.

From start to finish we were very impressed with the level of service from NAC. Our washing machine refused to work anymore. From the initial phone query with Maria, who clearly explained the price, terms of service & payment, the follow up call next morning to give us a timescale of when the work would be done, with half an hour’s prior notice as to when we could expect an engineer to arrive. The engineer, Ashley, was excellent, very friendly, completed the work quietly & efficiently, found the problem (two mangled pennies stuck in the filter!) & left no mess. The £98 for call out, service, including VAT saved us a potential few thousand pounds on a new machine, with a next day appointment. Well worth it. He even advised me how to defrost a large freezer (I asked). We would highly recommend this company. Thank you.

After my fridge freezer broke down on the Monday, only 9 months out of manufacturers warranty, the Store I purchased it from and the actual manufacturer didnt want to know. They were no help at all so after begging a shelf in my neighbours freezer and plugging in my camping coolbox I found this company online. Within one day and a few phone calls they arranged for an engineer to call on the Friday. As soon as he walked in he could tell the gas had gone and by the end of that day, the ladies in the office had emailed me alternative models. We chose one, paid for it and booked the delivery date. The guys rang me at 7.45 on the Friday morning and arrived by 8. The fridge freezer was plugged in, the old one removed in their van and my first lot of ice was place in the freezer! Absolutely outstanding service. I wish I had known about this company sooner. Cant praise them enough.
Really quick and simple to book an engineer. Matt was polite and understanding and booked me an appointment for a home visit quickly and efficiently.
