Luke phoned in advance of visit & arrived timeously. was swift to diagnose fault. Sadly it was bad news for me. Need a new fridge.

Efficient and pleasant service.

My dishwasher had suddenly ceased working. I contacted the company after reading the positive reviews and was not disappointed. Extremely good service from everyone. My appointment was arranged by a helpful lady for the next day, the engineer came on time and not only fixed the dishwasher, explaining the reasons for the issues ,but made recommendations for cleaning it. Today was the first day I used the dishwasher and it was literally as good as new

Answered the phone in a couple of rings, spoke to a nice lady who was very polite and efficient.
Engineer booked to come out the next day. Before the call ended had confirmation of booking .

Clear communication, sorted our dishwasher problem. Replaced waterhose that mice had eaten!! Apparently mice like dishwashers!!
