Our Hotpoint washing machine door seal broke. Called NAC and spoke to Maria who was friendly and helpful – she explained fees and process. I received confirmation within 2hrs that an engineer would be with me the next day. The Engineer was friendly and knowledgable. Luckily he had the right part in his van and it didn’t need to be ordered. And our washing machine was working that day. First Class Service – I will be using this company again!
