Engineer arrived on time.
He was extremely competent and very pleasant.
He tested the washing machine on different settings to ensure everything was working correctly.
Polite conversation. Listened to requirements before setting up engineer for following day. Cant ask for more.

I found NAC on the internet as my dishwasher came up with an error code, I arranged an engineer visit and paid online. The day prior to my visit I received a text stating a window of time that the engineer would arrive and was asked if that was suitable. The engineer arrived and was very professional, however, he was unable to repair my dishwasher as parts were needed to be ordered. I was given a quote for these parts and another date for the engineer to come back and do the repair. This was completed yesterday. Very professional company and yay my dishwasher is working again.
