Ben was a very competent engineer and explained everything to. Although he couldn’t find the actual fault, whatever he did made my fridge/freezer work again. Thank you Ben and NAC. I would definitely use again and also recommend to friends and family.

Harry contacted before due slot and on arrival proceeded to diagnose the issue almost immediately on hearing the noise. He took care to undo the required panels and cleared the offending object from the fan.

When I broke the function control knob off my oven I was able to book a repair very easily through the NAC website. I was sent a confirmation and was given a date and a time frame. Once the engineer was on route I received a message. The engineer was brilliant. He was professional and efficient. He ordered the oven part and that evening I was notified of a return date for the same engineer to fit it. NAC provide an excellent service and I would highly recommend them.

Very simple and straightforward to organise. Updates and communication quick and seamless. They were the only place I could find for a repair for my gas cooker, and at a reasonable price too.

Very quick response and impressive with the quality of the service. The engineer is very professional and totally knows what to do whenever the problem is. He found the problem straight away when he came first and only took about 20 mins. Then I got the invoice issued quickly for the parts ordered and also the second appointment made. The engineer-Christopher Harper came yesterday and got the part replaced and tested before he left. Overall, I am very happy with this service and can’t recommended more. Thanks so much!
