From the first telephone call all very professional and courteous. Next day service. Engineer very efficient, explained what was wrong and offered advice. Appliance repaired but explained that due to age of appliance and cost of defective part may not be repairable in future. Refreshing to have good service and honesty.
Great service from the first contact through to the repair of my washer/drier. NAC were flexible with appointments, the engineer was both knowledgeable and efficient. Following the initial visit the engineer had my washing machine working however a follow up visit was required to fix the tumble drier (a replacement part was required) There was no additional call out fee or labour cost for the second visit. I am very pleased with the service received (From booking process, engineer response, repair cost and overall time to fix the appliance). I highly recommend NAC.

From the first conversation to book the repair to the Engineer coming to see me it took less than 3 days. I was very happy with that and the engineer Rob kept me updated as to arrival time, he was very pleasant and informative, I will definitely use this company again.

James dismantled the range master to get to the clock mechanism. Checking all parts removed and then removed the existing clock and fitted the new one. All the parts were replaced and then tested all the burners and both ovens. A very professional and organised manner, very knowledgeable.
