Appointment easy to arrange and could have been next day – our choice to defer. Repairer came with the required spare element, and had our oven working within 20 minutes. If we’d done it ourselves with the help of a YouTube video it would have taken a lot longer and involved a great deal of bad language, so we consider the charge to be a very reasonable one for this level of expertise and professionalism.
