Paul arrived as promised having communicated when he was coming before by mobile. Assessed washing machine fault and although he could repair it, he said it would be too expensive due to its age and value. Tidied up after him and pleasant and courteous. would recommend.
The engineer was polite and professional. He carried out the repair quickly and effectively.
The call out engineer was prompt and although he had quite a task to access the tumble dryer ( in a cupboard) he did so with cheerfulness and courtesy

Called out to repair a 5 year old fridge/freezer however the engineer said it was not repairable. Engineer produced report which allowed me to contact company I bought item from and complain, company refund cost of report and also gave me a good amount towards new fridge/ freezer.

From the first telephone call all very professional and courteous. Next day service. Engineer very efficient, explained what was wrong and offered advice. Appliance repaired but explained that due to age of appliance and cost of defective part may not be repairable in future. Refreshing to have good service and honesty.
