I was very pleased efficient and helpful

Bosch washing machine would not switch off at end of cycle. NAC engineer checked and found nothing wrong with the washing machine but had the experience to know that problem might be the water heating element. This was replaced and fault cleared.

Prompt response, time between first contact and appliance being fixed was only a few days and that was with a weekend in between. Communication thorough, timely, and clear. Good transparency about payment method potential cost.
Engineer arrived within ETA window and was polite, efficient, knowledgable and friendly.
Would use again.
