It was easy to book a repair on the NAC website as each step has clear instructions. Our fridge door had fallen off so the same day repair service was appealing. The engineer contacted me within 30 minutes of booking the appointment and arrived 10 minutes later. He successfully fixed the door and then ordered the part that had broken and needed replacing. He also fixed an additional problem with the fridge. We are very impressed by the quality of service provided. Throughout our experience the communication has been excellent. We will use NAC for any future repairs.

Called at 9am on Monday 28th April as we had a washing machine problem, everything was explained over the phone about the costs as a one of payment that includes the labour all I pay for was parts,Engineer came at 2.30 really friendly guy got on with repair and cleaned up after himself ,I’m in the Building trade myself and was impressed, finished the job and a total £18 for parts added,all in all really happy with this company and deffently recommend to others ,
