The engineer turned up when expected he repaired my fridge freezer and was very friendly. He explained the problem and gave me advice so that it won’t happen again. I would definitely recommend.
I was contacted quickly and he came out to do the cooker hood repair the next day. He was able to find the fault and fix it on the spot so no additional cost other than the fixed call out charge. A good service.
Once spoken with NAC I was very happy that everything was explained clearly,costs etc ,I was contacted by an engineer within minutes,engineer arranged a call out and I was visited within couple days ,service was very thorough and I am extremely satisfied ,I would recommend this service and will most certainly without hesitation ,contact again if needed.
