NAC Repair sent an engineer out to me next day. Sadly my fridge freezer was beyond repair, but the engineer explained why in detail that even I could comprehend. He was also able to help me to make the right decisions when looking for a replacement.
From the initial phone call the operator was very very professional and gave all details of work to be carried out and charges and the engineers details
5 minutes later engineer Gareth rang as I was told he would , fitted me in perfectly, arrived as said , was clean ,tidy ,quick ,knowledgeable and professional a credit to the company .

Washing Machine was broken. Very quick response and service, and return with the correct parts. Fitted and tested. Both the switchboard and the engineer (Casey) were very pleasant and helpful. Great service from the outset. Initial phone call answered very quickly, The call handler was extremely friendly and helpful. The costs were, clearly explained together with the payment options. An appointment was made at a time that suited me. On arrival the engineer was open and friendly, respectful of my property. The fault was identified as being nothing to do with my appliance and quite understandably it was not something that the engineer could deal with. My appliance was operated independently to assure me it was in full working order.
