The engineer didn’t take long to identify the problem with my fridge freezer. He worked tidily and effectively to restore the freezer part to its former glory!

Very efficient. The engineer called the day after I rang in. He correctly assessed the problem with minimal disturbance. In my case the fridge-freezer was 15 years old and a repair more costly than replacement. Not being sure which manufacturer to buy or what specific size of appliance (it is an inbuilt appliance.) He recommended a manufacturer, and even gave me a screenshot of the specific appliance that would fit. Very professional from the lady I originally spoke to with the problem to the engineer. Very satisfied.
