Straightforward easy process to book engineer. Christopher quickly diagnosed the fault with my oven and returned a few days later to fix the issue. He was very polite and the whole experience was pleasant indeed. I’d have no hesitation in recommending NAC to friends and family 😀
From the first phone call about the problem with my wine cooler,the lady was polite,informative and very helpful.The procedure and cost was explained clearly,once i had decided to go ahead with the job i got an email saying that the engineer would be coming the next day between 10am and 15:00pm and i would receive a email after 6:00 pm that day confirming it.
The next day i got a email saying that the engineer was on route,when arrived he was smart in the company logo and carried out the job in a professional manner,explaining what was wrong and the additional work that needed to be done.
once completed he cleaned and tidied up,very satisfied with the whole process especially being kept informed of cost,time of visit and time of arrival.
Turned up on time just an hour after I phoned for help

This was an excellent service. Gave accurate arrival times. Diagnosed problem and returned to complete repair when part arrived. Gavin was friendly, tidy and efficient and I would definitely recommend and use his services again. A lot of companies expect payment upfront but this one didn’t.
excellent service the oven repair was done the next day,the chap who fitted the new element was a true professional price was reasonable.
Quick response and good Communication,first visit identified the issue and replacement part was ordered and a second visit was booked to fit.Not the cheapest but operative was good and turned up on time as promised and completed the job in good time .

Polite helpful and explained everything clearly
Technician came out to me inside 4 hours from my call for help. He was polite friendly and diagnosed the problem very quickly. Also he had the spare part required so completed the repair in one visit. The cost was higher than expected at £168 but he got it working on the same day. This was very important to me as we are both disabled and can’t stand washing dishes for very long.
