Maria was very friendly and efficient. Made all the costs clear and explained the process of getting the repair done. Very helpful. Would recommend NAC to everyone needing a fast repair.
The problem with the dishwasher was identified and the cause of the problem explained ( a leak from the sink that was not known about). A replacement part was ordered, came swiftly and was replaced. No mess and very pleasant service. Seemed good value and I would use NAC repairs again

Having been let down by one firm I contacted NAC. I had an engineer come the next day to fix my oven. He changed one element and found that there was also a problem with the other so had to order the part. He came back a few days later and rectified the fault. The engineer was very prompt attending at the time he said, he was a really pleasant chap and extremely efficient. I would recommend this firm.

From the first phone call about the problem with my wine cooler,the lady was polite,informative and very helpful.The procedure and cost was explained clearly,once i had decided to go ahead with the job i got an email saying that the engineer would be coming the next day between 10am and 15:00pm and i would receive a email after 6:00 pm that day confirming it.
The next day i got a email saying that the engineer was on route,when arrived he was smart in the company logo and carried out the job in a professional manner,explaining what was wrong and the additional work that needed to be done.
once completed he cleaned and tidied up,very satisfied with the whole process especially being kept informed of cost,time of visit and time of arrival.
