Great service repairing my quite ‘old’ Smeg fridge freezer. Parts ordered and all timings promptly given to me. Repair or scrapping white goods has become a dilemma for most but having decided to repair and having a backup fridge (parts can take a while) I’m very happy with the service and repair I received. I rang this company this afternoon and spoke to a lady called Yvonne who was positive and engaging from the get-go. She fully explained everything to me so I felt very confident that the engineer from this company will be able to sort out the problem with my dishwasher.
