Appointment same day, within 2hours, and kept us informed as to when a named engineer would be arriving. Arrived at stated time. Clean & tidy. 3 month warranty for repairs. Fee quoted at booking and accepted payment by card.
All contact with NAC was professional and polite. Book my repair online and was contacted contact by their local representative, sadly his was unable to do the day I had requested and sadly I wasn’t available for the day after, after a quick decision, a new date was agreed. I was phoned approximately 30 minutes before he arrived and informed he was on his way. Arrived on time, all conversation were polite and professional, came with all parts needed and the repair was completed in 30/45 minutes, all areas, clean and tidy.

Having been told by Neff that my warming drawer could not be repaired I rang NAC who sent a very pleasant and helpful engineer the next day who said that parts needed to be ordered. The admin team kept me informed, payment was easy and arranged for the same engineer to return with the parts and the whole job was completed within 7 days.
